I made this because the good conversations kept disappearing. The ones in group chats at midnight, in the kitchen after everyone’s left, in the replies nobody screenshots. Business, culture, life — all tangled up together, the way they actually are. This is somewhere to keep them.
I don’t think business is a separate country from the rest of living. A brand decision is a culture decision. A hiring call is a people call. The spreadsheet and the group chat are usually describing the same thing from different angles, and the part worth writing about is where they meet.
So that’s what’s here. Some of it is about how companies actually make money. Some of it is about music, food, family, the things that make a place feel like a place. Some of it is just me working something out in public, which is the honest reason most people start writing anything.
What you’ll find here
- Business, looked at plainly — what worked, what didn’t, and who ended up paying for it
- Culture, taken seriously — on its own terms, not as a marketing input
- Life, unfiltered — the parts that refuse to sit in either column
No posting schedule, no content strategy, no plan to become anybody’s thought leader. It goes up when it’s ready. If you want the new ones as they land, the feed is right there. You can see what I’m building over on GitHub, and the work side of things lives on LinkedIn.

Email is the best way to reach me. I read everything. I reply to most things, eventually.
